Home Cooking by Elizabeth was started in 1986 from my own kitchen. Over the years my personal service, home style cooking and the use of best quality produce has been the root of our success. In 1992, I ceased operating from home and I opened a small Tea Room, where I started to develop the business. In October 1993, I took over the catering contract at Garson Farm. In addition to running the catering at Garson Farm Restaurant, I am also a catering consultant to other local businesses. A new venture is another restaurant within a Garden Centre in Titchfield, near Fareham, which is also owned by Garson Farm management. I am now a regular guest on the Bill Buckley Radio Show on Southern Counties Radio where I cook once a month on his Wednesday afternoon 'Cooking in the Kitchen'. The outside catering business continues to thrive and is the core of the business and my own speciality. Many of my recipies are my own original ideas and I am in the process of producing my cookery biography. Clients are invited to visit us at the Restaurant, to discuss their catering requirements. To see me personally, I would advise to make an appointment. I am also happy to visit clients in the comfort of their own home or at the venue, where the function is being held.
